EasyProtect extended warranty
By purchasing the EasyProtect warranty, you gain up to 3 years of additional service coverage for your equipment. This means you can use the products you purchase from us for longer without worrying about potential equipment failure.
EasyProtect is extended service protection equivalent to the equipment manufacturer's warranty. The most important provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of EasyProtect Service Protection
EasyProtect provides protection for equipment failures during the extended warranty period, lasting up to 36 months from the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.
EasyProtect coverage can be purchased within 90 days of purchase.
Extended service coverage is provided under the same terms as the manufacturer's quality warranty – it covers all types of failures that are not the fault of the user, such as breakages, flooding, and mechanical damage.
Extended service coverage is available for equipment purchased by individuals, businesses, and institutions.
Extended service coverage is transferable – it is permanently assigned to the equipment.
The warranty amount is equal to the gross purchase price of the equipment.
No down payment for repairs is required.
Minimal paperwork is required for the customer when purchasing extended service coverage and reporting a failure.
A one-time fee for the entire equipment coverage period includes 23% VAT.
If repair is impossible or uneconomical, the equipment will be replaced.
Extended service coverage applies to IT/Electro equipment with a minimum of 12 and maximum of 60 months of manufacturer, importer, or seller warranty.
Repairs are performed door-to-door, via courier, or on-site at the customer's location.
